Sunset Park
Modern family living in Sunset Park
The goal for this build was straightforward: create a home that fits a family's real life, not just their wish list.
We started with the neighborhood. Sunset Park has a character worth respecting, so we designed traditional architecture that belongs on the block. Inside, we went contemporary. Clean lines, natural light in every room, and finishes that feel elevated without being fussy.
The kitchen was the centerpiece of this build. We installed a large center island, marble backsplash, walk-in pantry, and custom cabinetry designed for a family that actually cooks and entertains. The main level flows from living to dining to kitchen without walls breaking up the space or the light.
We built a ground-floor en-suite bedroom to give the family options. Guest suite, home office, or both depending on the season. Upstairs, we delivered four bedrooms with generous closets and consistent natural light throughout.
The backyard was engineered for all-day sun with a balance of hardscape and lawn that handles kids, entertaining, and quiet mornings equally well.
Above the detached two-car garage, we built a fully permitted ADU guest house. We designed it as part of the home from the beginning, not as an add-on. It works for visiting family, a private office, or rental income.
This project is a good example of what we do: take a client's vision, understand how they actually live, and build something that answers every need.
