Greenfield

This project started with a prime lot in one of the Westside's most connected locations, minutes from UCLA, Century City, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. The challenge was building a modern residence that maximized the setting without wasting a square foot.

We designed an open floor plan around natural light and indoor-outdoor connection. Wide-plank flooring runs throughout, and folding glass doors open the main living space directly into the backyard. Outside, we built an upgraded patio with a pergola and grassy area that extends the living space and makes the home feel twice its size.

The kitchen was built to perform. We installed premium appliances, dramatic marble countertops and backsplash, a large center island, and cabinetry sized for a household that actually uses it. It handles weeknight dinners and large gatherings without compromise.

Privacy was a priority for this client. We designed the front yard with iron fencing, gated entry, and layered landscaping that creates curb appeal and keeps the street at a distance. A ground-floor en-suite bedroom gives the homeowner flexibility for guests, family, or a home office.

Upstairs, we built the primary suite around a spa-inspired marble bathroom with a separate soaking tub, an oversized walk-in closet, and a private deck. Two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a dedicated laundry room complete the upper level. Every room was given proportion and purpose.

The detached ADU was designed as a complete living space with its own kitchen, living area, bedroom, and three-quarter bath. We built it for versatility. Guests, family, a home studio, rental income. It works however the homeowner's life evolves.

This build is a good example of how we approach location. When the lot is this well-positioned, our job is to build a home worthy of where it sits.
